Guided Progressive Path

$100 per 90-minute meeting

• Three meetings per tier

• $300 to complete one tier

Clients may begin with one meeting and continue through the tiers as their needs, goals, and readiness develop.

Tier One

Strategic Foundation and Direction

Tier One establishes a clear starting point. It is designed for clients who have an important goal, challenge, responsibility, or idea but need help identifying what deserves attention first.

Three 90-minute meetings may include:

• Administrative or organizational discovery

• Identification of one central goal or challenge

• Review of current needs, responsibilities, resources, and barriers

• Clarification of priorities

• Identification of immediate and future concerns

• Development of responsible next steps

• Preparation for the next stage of work

Additional Courtesy support:

• Three 15-minute check-ins

• Brief preparation between meetings via phone, Google Meet, text, or Zoom

• Review of relevant client-provided information

Tier Two

Leadership Development and Business Growth

Tier Two helps clients strengthen how they lead, organize, communicate, and manage growth.

Growth may include business development, organizational improvement, administrative structure, community involvement, partnerships, professional visibility, or increased responsibility.

Three 90-minute meetings may include:

• Leadership-development guidance

• Administrative organization

• Role and responsibility clarification

• Communication and relationship preparation

• Review of systems, workflow, or internal practices

• Responsible growth planning

• Partnership and stakeholder considerations

• Progress and accountability planning

Additional courtesy support:

• Three 15-minute check-ins

Tier Three

Performance Presentation and Strategic Choice

Tier Three prepares clients to represent their work, communicate professionally, make thoughtful decisions, and follow through with greater confidence.

This tier may support preparation for meetings, presentations, panels, interviews, proposals, partnership conversations, leadership decisions, or important professional opportunities.

Three 90-minute meetings may include:

• Professional talking-point development

• Meeting or presentation preparation

• Guided practice and feedback

• Communication refinement

• Decision review

• Preparation for questions or challenging conversations

• Follow-through and next-step planning

Additional courtesy support:

• Four 15-minute check-ins

• Focused preparation between meetings via phone, Google Meet, text, or Zoom

• Review of relevant presentation or communication materials

Tier price: $300

Complete Progressive Path

Clients who complete all three tiers receive:

• Nine 90-minute meetings

• Tier-specific check-ins

• Guided preparation

• Progressive administrative and leadership support

• A connected path from discovery through implementation and professional presentation

Complete path: $900

Clients may pay for scheduled sessions individually at $100 per meeting or complete each tier for $300.

Standalone Tier

Focused Support Without Completing the Full Path

A client may select one tier without completing the other two.

The standalone option includes:

• A preliminary application review

• Focused preparation for the selected tier

• Three 90-minute meetings

• The check-ins included with that tier

• Review of relevant client-provided information

• A focused closing summary or next-step direction

Standalone tier: $350

The standalone tier costs slightly more than completing one tier through the progressive path because it requires separate preparation and must function as a complete engagement without relying on work from the preceding tiers.

Independent Comprehensive Strategy Package

Customized Written Administrative and Strategic Support

Package price: $1,200

The Independent Comprehensive Strategy Package is an alternative to completing all nine guided meetings. It is intended for clients who need a more extensive written product developed through independent research, analysis, organization, and preparation.

The package may include:

• Agreed elements from all three tiers

• Review of the client’s identified goals and concerns

• Independent research and analysis

• Administrative and organizational review

• A two-page preparation brief

• Customized written recommendations

• Supporting materials identified in the agreement

• Organized next steps

• Four courtesy 15-minute check-ins

• A final handoff or review conversation when included in the scope

This package does not automatically include every Iridium service, a complete custom framework, an extensive protocol, legal advice, marketing management, or unlimited revisions.

The final deliverables are identified in writing before payment or work begins.

Delivery

A usable, substantive strategy packet will be delivered within 30-60 calendar days of the confirmed start date and receipt of all required client information.

Minor finishing work involving a cover page, formatting, or typographical corrections may be completed within an additional five business days.

If the substantive packet is not delivered within the agreed period of 30-60 calendar days for reasons within Iridium Response’s control, the package fee will receive a one-time 10% reduction, lowering the price from $1,200 to $1,080.

How to Apply for the Comprehensive Package

Step One

Submit an Application

The client completes a brief application describing:

• The organization or professional role

• The primary goal or concern

• The intended use of the completed work

• The preferred outcome

• Relevant deadlines

• Available supporting information

Step Two

Application Review

Iridium Response reviews the application to determine:

• Whether the request is within the company’s services

• Whether the proposed timeline is realistic

• What research or preparation may be required

• Which parts of the three tiers should be included

• Whether a separate framework or protocol is needed

Submitting an application does not require the client to purchase the package and does not guarantee acceptance.

Step Three

Scope Confirmation

If the request is a good fit, the client receives written confirmation identifying:

• The approved scope

• The specific deliverables

• The start date

• The anticipated delivery date

• The payment terms

• Included check-ins

• Revision limits

• Usage and ownership terms

• Any services requiring separate pricing

Step Four

Agreement and Payment

Work begins after:

• Both parties approve the written scope

• The service agreement is completed

• The required payment is received

• Required client materials are submitted

Meeting Options

Administrative mentoring and consulting sessions may be held by Zoom, Google Meet, or telephone. In-person meetings may also be available when location, scheduling, accessibility, and the agreed scope of service allow.

The meeting format will be confirmed before services begin. Travel, venue, or other location-related costs are not included in the listed service price and will be discussed in advance when applicable.

Additional Consulting

Work requested outside the confirmed tier or package is available at:

$100 per hour with advance approval

Additional work will not be added or billed without written confirmation.

Important Service Boundary

Iridium Response provides mentoring, administrative consulting, strategic guidance, communication preparation, partnership development, organizational planning, and customized written support.

Services do not include:

• Advertising

• Marketing management

• Social media administration

• Campaign execution

• Ongoing promotional services

• Legal representation

• Clinical services

• Financial advising

• Unlimited access or unlimited revisions

End Services — Discontinuation Notice

Use this form if either the client or Iridium Response chooses to discontinue an active service relationship.
