Meet Nevetta

Some begins long before there are words for it.

Nevetta is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Iridium Response Consulting LLC, a subject matter expert, strategist, lived-experience practitioner, and artist.

Her work focuses on what can be missed: early signals, subtle shifts, changes in behavior, and gaps within systems that can exist long before harm has a name.

Her work is grounded in a simple belief:

Safety should not begin after something happens.

Through Iridium Response Consulting, Nevetta develops workshops, strategic concepts, creative projects, and approaches that encourage individuals, organizations, and communities to look deeper, ask better questions, and recognize what may otherwise go unseen.

Her lived experience helped shape her lens, but it is not the entirety of who she is.
