Harold D’Souza is a survivor of labor trafficking, an international speaker and advocate, and the co-founder and president of Eyes Open International. His leadership has been recognized at the highest levels of government. He was appointed by President Barack Obama to serve on the United States Advisory Council on Human Trafficking and was later reappointed by President Donald Trump.
