With more than 30 years of experience—including 27 years of building relationships and networks among agencies, organizations, and community partners—I have seen firsthand how meaningful support can shape a person’s ability to move forward.
Through Iridium Response Consulting, we turn safety principles into practical action through education, training, strategic consulting, safety planning, clear communication, and coordinated response tools designed to remain effective under pressure.
Our work is grounded in dignity, choice, compassion, accountability, and the understanding that safety must extend beyond the immediate crisis. It is also shaped by the organizations and agencies that have been part of my professional journey and have supported this mission in meaningful ways—not simply by standing beside me, but by helping make continued growth, connection, and service possible.
I am currently highlighting many of these organizations and the important work they do. Some have supported me throughout my professional journey, while others are current clients with whom I am honored to work. I look forward to sharing their stories, services, and contributions as soon as the appropriate permissions are granted.
